If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Item must be in original, unused condition
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Please pack items carefully to avoid damage.

 

Exchanges & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll offer refunds or store credits.

Please note that many of our items are handcrafted or vintage, and may feature natural irregularities in glaze, shape, or finish. These variations are part of their wabi-sabi charm and do not indicate flaws.
